Introduction:
Two Guide Rails Cargo Lift belongs to material handling hydraulic equipment. It is used to transport cargo between first floor to higher floors. It is widely used in warehouse, home and factory. Two Guide Rails Cargo Lift is famous for its simple structure ,convenient operation and easy installation.
Customers only need to fixed the two guide rails to the ground and wall by expansion bolt. Thee main parts includes electric motor ,hydraulic pump station and hydraulic cylinder. So it is very easy to maintain. And the failure rate is extremely low. This kind of cargo lift will save much maintenance cost for customers.
Load capacity from 200kg to 2000kg,lifting height from 2m to 15m.Two guide rails cargo lift platform doesn't have standard model. We all make the platform size, load capacity and max platform height as per customer's requirement.

Description:
1. Equipped with two guide rails and installed on the wall.
2. Emergent stop button can cut off power in emergency situation.
3. Pit height will be 15 to 30cm.
4. Flexible production technic: load capacity, platform height and platform size all as per customer's requirements.
5. Imported controlling system is optional(Schneider, Siemens, ect.)
6. Multilayer control panels and Multilayer interlock are available.
7. Outside protecting net is optional if needed.
Safety
1.Spillover valve, it can prevent high pressure when the vertical goods lift moves up.
2.Manual emergency valve, it can go down to the nearest floor and open the door when you meet an emergency.
3.Pipe explosion valve, when the hydraulic system pipe fractures, it can cut down the channel of the oil to stop it falling.
4.Temperature protection, when the temperature of the hydraulic oil exceed standard, the machine will stop working until the temperature gets back to standard.
